#4361 - Configuration popup not displaying

Hello,

I followed the installation process witch is rather simple. When I click on the "Authentication/Archiving SuiteCRM" button in outlook, a tab opens in my browser (FireFox) and the following message appears : "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

And no configuration form appears.

Could you help me, please.

    Hi Vincent,

    The plugin relies upon the API for communication. This error may point towards a configuration / setup issue with the API or your connection to it. Please follow the instructions here to ensure your API is setup correctly and ensure it can be reached from the computer running outlook.

    The problem is fixed after changing parameters in .htaccess file.
