#719 - Plugin Inconsistency
Hi,
We are having significant issues with the plugin. We are currently under trial licence, with a view to purchasing at least 100 licences if we can sort things out.
Basically at this stage, we want to only synchronise calendars - (in both directions) - but the behaviour changes, seemingly by itself.
Sometimes, synching from CRM to Outlook works fine, and Outlook to CRM does not.
Sometimes, synching from CRM to Outlook does not work, yet Outlook to CRM does work.
Nothing has been changed in our CRM setup in the meantime.
We need to sort this out - what information do you require to sort through this?
We are currently running version 7.8.6 LTS.
PHP version is 7.0.2, running on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS.
MySQL version is 5.7.20.
Please advise what logs you might require.

Hi mwyres,
We are looking to release the next version of the Outlook Plugin this week which should address some of these issues. In the meantime, is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #719. That would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

Hi mwyres,
We've received your logs. This looks to be an issue with LDAP and PHP 7 and will need to be fixed on the CRM side. I've raised this with the SuiteCRM product team but I won't be able to provide you with an exact ETA for a fix. Thanks.
