#1022 - License Check is failing

I am unable to get the licence check to validate. I am using Windows 10, and Outlook 2016. I keep getting the windows error message.

    Hi CRM Experts NY,

    I would first double check that all of your details such as URL, username, pass, and license key have been correctly entered in the configuration tab. If this doesn't solve your issue then I would try quitting and restarting outlook (It may be necessary to kill the process from task manager).
