Hi

We are experiencing difficulties getting the Plugin to work. The plug-in keeps saying the "Outlook" user is not licensed, while the user "Outlook" is definitely selected. Please find some screenshots attached. Can you please guide me through this problem? I have exp

A second question is the following: we are using SAML SSO (Azure AD) to log in to SuiteCRM (with our personal users, the "Outlook" user is a user without SAML SSO to test the problem described earlier). The password I'm using for Azure (and therefore SuiteCRM SSO) is not usable as password for this plugin. Can you please explain to me how I should login with a personal user that has SAML SSO enabled?

    Hello Dominiek,

    I'm having the same problem, see support case #4185 (https://store.suitecrm.com/support/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/4185). Maybe there is something that you haven't tried yet.

    About your second question, it's really easy. You have a user with an AAD account to login in SuiteCRM, but this user is connected to a local account in SuiteCRM. So you have to set also a local password, in SuiteCRM, for each user you want to connect to this Outlook-plugin.

    Unfortunately the plugin does not yet support SAML so you will be unable to login. We hope to resolve this in a future release.
