Hello I just installed the new version of the software August 2017 and I keep getting this error while trying to archive an email :
"There was an error while archiving" any help?

Hi joseciccio,
Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #625. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

Cancelled my trial as no solution or even any response on the forums. A shame as I really like SuiteCRM - but without this function I can't really recommend it. Sorry for hijacking your thread Jose.
