Hi,
Are you using a Microsoft email account? (other providers e.g gmail, yahoo etc are not supported)
Your desktop version of outlook needs to connect to a Microsoft exchange server, either on premise, self hosted or part of the office 365 suite to enable Outlook Add-Ins
