Custom Add-IN option not available in Outlook. where do I upload manifest.xml file?

I am doing a trial of this product. can u plz help?

    Are you using the desktop application version of Outlook or are you using the browser version of Outlook?

    Hi,

    Are you using a Microsoft email account? (other providers e.g gmail, yahoo etc are not supported)

    Your desktop version of outlook needs to connect to a Microsoft exchange server, either on premise, self hosted or part of the office 365 suite to enable Outlook Add-Ins

      Yes, my outlook connects to office365 mailbox.

      Plz provide steps to enable the outlook add-in.

    How can i add the outlook plugin in my desktop outlook? Its installed at owa and i can see it on my desktop outlook but i cant login there. Its a white screen.
