#2427 - Plugin does not find opportunity or record by email
When I'm trying to archive an email, the popup doesn't find any records based on email address.

it looks like even if the person is in as a contact under the opportunity, we cannot find the opportunity by their email address..i have to look them up by contact and then it will show me the Opportunity.

I think I understand now. This to me would, unfortunately, be the expected functionality for the search feature as it will not back search from and find related accounts, contacts etc, etc.
Can you confirm you are able to see the opportunity record when searching with just the name of the opportunity?
