Hello,

We are experiencing the following issues when archiving email with attachments from Outlook Desktop (latest version) using V4 and V3

  • Archiving does send both the email and its attachments to SuiteCRM. GOOD
  • The email is processed properly using the SecuritySuite settings. GOOD
  • But, the attachment is NOT using SecuritySuite.

Results: A. only administrators can see the attachment in SuiteCrm B. normal users, regardless of their SecuritySuite rights, can not see the attachment. But they can see the corresponding email

Question: is this a bug or …?

    Hi there,

    I assume you are using the full SecuritySuite plugin?

    Can you confirm what version of SuiteCRM and PHP you are using?
