I'm unable to enable the Add-in in Outlook

    Do any of you have an idea what can cause this? Your support response times are quite poor.

      Hi DirectAutomation, Apologies on the delayed response. Can we ask for some additional information in order to get a better understanding of the issue to help get this up and running.

      What Outlook version are you currently using? What SuiteCRM version are you currently using? Are you administrator when you are installing the add-in?
