the license check is failing in outlook

    Hi showroom,

    I would first double check that all of your details such as URL, username, pass, and license key have been correctly entered in the configuration tab. If this doesn't solve your issue then I would try quitting and restarting outlook (It may be necessary to kill the process from task manager).

    disabling the add-on and enabling it resolved the issue
