#4276 - Outlook intstall file missing

Hi I just switched to a new PC, but unfortunately i'm not able to find the install package for the windows client in my history i just find the zip for the server backend but not for the client. Please help

    I followed the installation instruction (https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/installation-guide) and downloaded the manifest, added to the Office 365 AddIn page. The add in is listed there, but it does not show up in Outlook. In the V3 users guide there is a setup.exe mentioned which i do not have right now. On my old PC there is a local installation of the client side plugin. Not sure if that is still needed Please advice Thanks Peter

      The V3 guide is no longer relevant in V4

      Please follow the steps in the V4 setup guide and let us know at which stage you are having difficulties and exactly what those are.

    Hi I followed the procedure for V4. - The V4 plugin is installed - I downloaded the manifest - all the links in the manifest are accessable - loaded the manifest in Office 365 the plugin does not show up in Outlook, no error no information

    I've tried in the meanwhile several times to install the plugin. Fresh install in SuiteCRM Server (V 7.11.18) Removed and added the plugin in Office 365 What ever i did, it did not work, the menu items did not show up in Outlook and i have no more idea what i could do. There is no log output or debugging information. The only guess would be, that i use my outlook in german language and maybe that could be a problem...

    Please confirm at exactly which step you cannot proceed and what happens at that time.
