#4403 - Unable to "Get Add-ins"

Hi,

I've done the SuiteCRM manifest part but everyone is having the issue of not being able to click the "Get Add-ins?" button on Outlook 365 as it's greyed out.

I've gone through all of the following but nothing has helped: https://help.oliv.ai/en/articles/4467669-missing-get-add-ins-button-in-outlook

Does this Plug-in require an exchange account or can a standard IMAP account use this?

    Yes this integration requires a Microsoft email account
