After installation, adding plugin to outlook, I am not able to login in the SuiteCRM add-on.
I receive Incorrect credentials, please try again, even that I am able to use those credentials to obtain bearer token using API.

Are you using a password credentials or client credentials OAuth2 Client? Password credentials are required for the Outlook plugin. If you are able to receive a bearer token otherwise this could be your issue.
