#751 - SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin

Hi team,

Today I decided I need the SuiteCRM Outlook Plug.

I decided to use the free trial feature. I downloaded the file and ran the installation.

I got to the settings screen where I have been able to set the URL correctly and passed the [Test] button.

I am stuck on the licence key, because there was no key with the download?

I need any assistance that can get me past this point and get it working.

    I got the license key and pasted it in and saved, I then got this message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'

    Would you be able to provide us with your system information such as operating system, outlook version, PHP version and steps to replicate this problem?

    Sorry about the delay in getting this detail back to you.

    Desktop: OS: WIN10 PRO Build 10586.1176, 32-Bit, 4.00GB RAM Outlook:

    Host Server: OS: Linux server-04 4.4.0-97-generic #120-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 19 17:28:18 UTC 2017 x86_64 PHP: PHP Version 7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

    Issue steps:

    1. Outlook is installed and closed
    2. Install SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin which runs to completion.
    3. Open Outlook, open SuiteCRM Settings
    4. Complete URL Username and password
    5. Press [TEST] button, the connection is successful
    6. Ignore LDAP authentication and password encryption key
    7. Paste license key
    8. Click [Save] button and I get this message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'

    What bis it I am missing here?

    Resolved in 3.0.18. Please re-open if still having this issue.
