Hello! We have some issues with Outlook plugin. We have some issues with Outlook plugin. I have followed manuals available on your website but it seems that the plugin doesn’t work properly (see below): outlook plugin.jpg

    Hi there,

    Can you please clarify if you're able to use the plugin for a short while before encountering this error message, or does the error message appear as soon as you log in to the plugin?

      Can you please confirm whether you have added the logged-in user to the Outlook Users Subpanel within your SuiteCRM instance? You can find this in Admin -> Outlook Plugin Configuration.

      Ok, I've added the user and archiving of e-mails works correctly right now :) Could you please advice when a two-way calendar synchronization will be available?

      The Bi-directional calendar sync is currently in early development, but currently, we do not have a time frame on when this feature will be released to the public.
