Can you please confirm whether you have added the logged-in user to the Outlook Users Subpanel within your SuiteCRM instance? You can find this in Admin -> Outlook Plugin Configuration.

The Bi-directional calendar sync is currently in early development, but currently, we do not have a time frame on when this feature will be released to the public.
