Hello, I downloaded the SuiteCRMAddIn_3.0.22.0.msi file which is a windows installer package? who starts well by launching it? SalesAgility installs it, but we cannot access it. Please help us, because your installation guide talks about unzipping Kindly

    Hi there,

    Should just be able to double click on the MSI file and after accepting the agreements the plugin should be installed automatically. You could also try right-clicking and pressing "Run". Let me know if you encounter any issues.

    The V4 plugin has been released and I highly recommend using it instead of 3.0.22
