#3365 - An unknown error has occurred

Closed Installation created by mb3 3 years ago

After opening case #3363 (InstallationStep6 automatic synch) I tried to install without automatic synchronisation.

I followed:

Step 8: created Outlook Password Client

Step 9-14: I installed the plugin by using the manifest.xml

Step 1-6 Autentication

Suite Host URL: I used the correct URL. (copy this URL to Browser I reach my crm) Username & Password: I used the correct user and Password combination (tested Login on my crm) Client ID: I copied the correct ID from step 8 (checked it twice) Client Secret: copied from .txt in step 8 and in this section (checked it twice)

After Submit I got th message:

An unknown error has occurred, please check input and try again.

I am sure that I used all Parameters right. Is there any resolution for? Or any deeper Errormessage?

    Hi there,

Could you confirm that the Client Secret is what was typed in the client secret box on the record for the client token? If so what .txt were you referencing?

    Thanks, Mac

Hi, I can confirm that the Client Secret is the same that was typed in the client secret box on the record for the client token. Sorry for my confusing message, i wrote the secret in a .txt and copied in the Record durring creation and into the client secret in the Office Plugin. So Iam sure that it´s the same secret.

Thanks for letting me know, are you using https: at the beginning of the URL? and ensured that the URL only contains the domain name and no parameters afterwords?
