#1818 - License check Failed but purchased license is input in Remote Desktop Server Client of Outlook

Closed Bug? created by SalomevanWyk 5 years ago

Dear Team,

We have purchased this plugin, and would like to confirm which URL it needs to access to authenticate the license?

We have 80 Users on Remote Desktop Services sessions using the plugin and we have purchased 80 licenses. The servers can access the suitecrm but when setting up the outlook plugin it gives a failed license check.

Please urgently assist with the URL used to check the validation of the license.

We have added: URL : https://store.suitecrm.com/api/v1/key/validate

If this is not correct kindly assist.

Regards,

WIB

    Hi there,

When you are asking about the URL you have added what are you meaning by this? The plugin already does a License check sending the API key for the plugin itself as well as the key of your purchased license. Please view documentation here for the parameters to send across.

    https://store.suitecrm.com/selling/license-api

Also try setting the error log to DEBUG as that would give you more information on the issue with verifying the license.

If you could get back to us that would be great.

    Thanks
