#4520 - Outlook 2019 Desktop - 'Add-Ins' Greyed Out

We can't seem to install the plugin. We upgraded to Outlook 2019 but the 'Add-In' tab is greyed out. From our searches it seems an Exchange server is required. We are currently using Zimbra as our email server. Is there a solution to this?

    Our plugin is only compatible with Microsoft email accounts using either an online or self hosted exchange server. This compatibility requirement is listed on the following page: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin
