#1023 - Issues encountered when evaluating the plugin for our organisation

Hi Support,

We have purchase one plugin for evaluating it for suitability for our organisation.

I've come across some issues and not sure if I missed out any config or they are just bugs or non existing features:

  • Auto archive of email not working (attached image for plugin setting). We are assuming that the emails in the folder that is ticked would automatically be attached to the Accounts/Leads based on matching email addresses. Its not currently happening.
  • Syncing of tasks not happening. Neither tasks from CRM going to Outlook, nor coming to CRM. Import permission is setup for the users.
  • What is the frequency of Sync i.e. how often CRM and Outlook syncs? Is there a way to increase or decrease this frequency?
  • In Address Book (when creating a new email), we are unable to search and bring up records from Accounts. Its currently bringing up records only from Leads.
  • When using the button "Send and Archive", get error message (image attached).
  • Please advise if this can be installed for Outlook in Citrix servers (silent install).

We use Leads and Contacts module for different purposes, not in the typical CRM way that Leads get converted to Contacts. This gives us 2 entities to use for different purposes. For our operations, Accounts and Leads are absolutely important.

Would appreciate your help/advise as it would help us in evaluating suitability for ~ 100 users of our organisation.

    Hi rahuljain,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1023. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

      Hi rahuljain,

      You can find the Outlooks logs under the "SiteCRM" tab -> Settings -> information. If you could set the log level to DEBUG while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1023 and include your PHP version we will investigate further.
