#1051 - Intermittently Outlook ´hangs´ for a few seconds
Hello,
In our office we are using your Outlook plugin to our satisfaction. However, on some computers (including my own) we are intermittently experiencing that Outlook 'hangs' for a few seconds before becoming 'active' again. It only happens when your plugin is active. Do you happen to know what the solution could be?
Details: - Outlook 2016. Desktop version, part of Office 365 subscription - Windows 10 - SuiteCRM outlook plugin version 3.0.9 - Exchange mail server in the cloud (Office 365) - Domain controller still on our local server
I hope you can help! Best regards, Maarten

Hi Maarten,
Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1051. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

Hi mdelfortrie,
It looks like either one of your folders may be incorrect or you are having network issues. I can see that roughly every 5 minutes you are receiving an error while trying to connect to exchange:
2018-03-30 17:40:26,436 | 10 | ERROR | ThisAddIn.GetMailFolders System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC204011D): Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance. at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.MAPIFolder.get_Folders() at SuiteCRMAddIn.BusinessLogic.EmailArchiving.GetMailFoldersHelper(Folders objInpFolders, IList`1 result) Data:System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal HResult:-1039924963
I would investigate to see if you have any previous connections that is no longer needed.
