    Hi there,

    From the information provided here's what I can find for you in return; As of current outlook plugin v3 (Current Release) only supports Outlook 2010 to 2016. New V4 (Active Development) will support the most recent versions upon its release.

    In regards to being unable to log into exchange servers could you provide more information? what errors are you getting?
