I've installed trial version. After starting Outlook, it receives a message : Licence server responded "Key is required":

    Hi there,

    Could you confirm that upon start-up of outlook you are met with the reconfigure screen? Could you also send a screenshot of the error for us to investigate further?

    Are you able to insert your licence key? It can be found under the purchases page of your store profile. Are to able to X away from the popups? Are you able to hit save?

    The issue you are having is known and is being handled by our development team. Could you please try the following workaround to see if any difference to the usability of the plugin is made?

    How to update plugin settings without using the in-outlook menu.

    Navigate to the file called user.config found in C:\User(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation(FOLDER CONTAINING "SuiteCRMAddIn")(Newest created Folder)\
    Open the user.config file using notepad (Or for ease of use I suggest notepad++)

    Using the find function (Normally CTRL+F) to locate the following names and update the values found between the UPDATETHIS tags below;

    Find > Username
    Update value with CRM Username

    Find > Password
    Update value with CRM Password

    Find > Host
    Update value with CRM URL

    Find > LicenceKey
    Update value with Plugin Licence Key

    If you would like to enable debug logs (Useful if you are sending us logs to assist with debugging the issues you are experiencing) Find > LogLevel and update value with Debug

    Afterwards please open outlook and check in the settings page that your changes have been reflected by the plugin (Note: Atm hitting save appears to cause an error on certain installations. However exiting without saving will not change your settings you updated)
