#1193 - Been trying to get this to work for 5+ months and cannot get any help. [Duplicate]

I have installed the MSI.

  1. I test the login and it works. I enter the Lic Key.
  2. When I press Save it says I have changed the URL and asked if I want to overwrite it. I say yes.
  3. The You have changed the CRM URL. Do you want to clear all existing CRM ids? dialog box. The Yes and No button are disable and nothing happens.

Please help get this worked out.

    Still no help. This is really sad. What a great product, but this poor support is going to kill suiteCRM

    Please open this case if the latest version does not resolve this (3.0.18)
