#513 - Syncing doesn't work....

unfortunately my Plugin isn't working...
i've registered the official Outlook Plugin for my SutieCRM 7 9.4. Unfortunatelly I've a problem to sync my contacts and appointments.
What I've done so far:
Installation of the plugin Created a new role "Outlook Sync" added the user to the group gave the groupe the correct permissions set the "outlook sync" flag for contacts
I also have a script on my server, which sets the folder permissions...
cd /var/www/html/SuiteCRM/
chown -R www-data:www-data .
chmod -R 755 .
chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php
But the message in the logfile is:
ContactSyncing.SynchroniseAll not synchronising Contacts because export access is denied
Synchoniser.ShouldAddOrUpdateItemFromOutlookToCrm: Meetings not added to CRM because import access is not granted

Is it possible if we could ask you to send your DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #513. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
