I installed the new version this morning, outlook disabled it because it took over 25 seconds to load and I am still getting the error
"There was an error while archiving"

    It would be really awesome to be able to use this. If there is anything I could be checking on my end I would appreciate the feedback

      Hi there Ben,

      There is the ability to check the error logs of the plugin - look at the configuration tabs on the plugin's control panel whilst you are in outlook.

      Are you connected to the internet when you using the plugin?

      Always connected. Ive been over the settings numerous times. I sent my log file in, did u get it?

    I have just been charged for another year. This never worked for me and I never got an answer to this ticket 7months ago.
    I will be requesting a refund through Paypal
