#3079 - SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin V4 (Phase 1)
I am using SuiteCRM Version 7.11.15 and trying to install the Outlook Plugin.
Everything is going fine until step 14 when SuiteCRM should be available in Outlook. Suite CRM does not appear and Plugin cannot be authenticated.
SuiteCRM add-in has momentarily appeared in the Outlook top ribbon. When clicked Outlook presented the following message:
Add-in Error
A problem occurred while trying to reach this add-in.

Sorry to hear about your issue, can your clarify few details, and maybe provide a screenshot the error your are seeing:-
What version of outlook are you using, is a local instance or online?
also is your CRM using https and is it accessible by outlook?

Outlook for Microsoft Office 365 ver.16.0.13029.20342.
Local Outlook desktop.
CRM is using https. Perhaps not accessible by Outlook. How can I check?

In essence you should check that you can directly hit the instance and there are not vpn or such blocking access, the best way would be check using the urls in the generated manifest to make sure they are correct and can hit you instance ok, if these are having issues you may want to check your htaccess and server config is set up correctly (assuming you are running on Apache).
If you are still having the issues, it may be easier if you can share the generated manifest and we can help review if were the issue, by sending a message containing your manifiest and any relevant outlook logs you have to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com
