Sorry, I just realized there was a response to this case. I have upgraded to 3.0.4 and I do see that emails are now syncing into Suite CRM. They are not relating to the associated accounts, but I believe that is due to the way we have our modules set up. I have also been able to get the Calendar to sync, but only when I manually create an event in Outlook. If I drag an email to my calendar in order to create a meeting, that does not sync. However, if I open that same meeting in outlook and clear the "Suite CRM" category, it does sync. I think it is perhaps due to the fact that Suite has already archived that email so it will not process it again as a calendar object. The true functionality I am trying to obtain is to create calendar tasks in Suite CRM in order to remind me to follow up on emails. Is there a way to initiate a calendar event when an email is flagged in Outlook and have that event sync with Suite? Thanks for your time.
