#1046 - Outlook plugin not archiving emails

Hi,

The plugin is not archiving the emails. Should I find the archived emails in the History section? Do I need to grant user www-data access to certain folders for the plugin to work? Anything else I should look at?

Version 7.9.12 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Outlook Add-in 3.0.11.0

    Hi seo,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1046. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
