Trying to reinstall plugin within the 30 day trial, but running into resistance in the validation step. Pasted in validation code and clicked the 'validation' button without seeing any change in the screen.

Thanks for your answer.
Just completed a Quick Repair and Rebuild without incident. Still same behavior, clicking validate after pasting the code didn’t confirm or deny anything in Chrome.
So, decided to remove the module and reinstall using Module Loader.
Using SuiteCRM version 7.13.3 and this morning’s download of SuiteCRM-Outlook-Plugin_4.0.0 the Upload button responds, “The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of SuiteCRM: 7.13.3”?

Update, the version originally installed is 4.0.2 which I found in Downloads. Uploading that rather than the version I downloaded today installed without incident. Ran a Quick Repair and Rebuild without incident. However, pasting the License Key into the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin in either Chrome or Firefox doesn't respond after clicking Validate.

Could you please let us know if there are any errors in the console on Chrome when clicking on the validate button? (Click F12 to bring up the console)

Hello. Thanks for your reply. I got this far last night: double-verified the permissions to be set and did a quick repair / rebuild. This solved the Validation issue! I continued with the installation issues and, where I upload the .xml file to the Outlook client, it shows in the toolbar as greyed out and unclickable. Can you point me at any resources that may resolve this issue?

Regarding your other issue can you confirm you followed our install guide to install the plugin via the .xml file into the desktop application of Outlook?
