Hello, we d need your support to help us setting up the v4

  • When trying authentification we are having the message
    "Unknown error"...
  • We are using an Office 365 account.

We followed all the steps and also the following document :
https://docs.suitecrm.com/developer/api/developer-setup-guide/json-api/#_generate_private_and_public_key_for_oauth2
CRM has access to this IP - 104.130.124.191. Ping is ok

    If it doesn't mention anything to do with wrong/invalid method then you need to ensure your permissions are correct and your API is installed correctly.
