#3227 - Auto-archiving on v4
Hi
We've followed the instructions for setting up the auto-archiving - and have added our Azure Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret. The Outlook Sync scheduled task is showing as running successfully every minute and no errors are being logged. But when viewing the Outlook sync settings for a specific SuiteCRM user, the Synced Folders are always showing as empty.
(Manual archiving is working fine)
Is there any additional configuration needed to get auto-archiving set up? The installation instructions are quite vague and just say "If you wish to use the Auto-Archive functionality then you will need to be using Azure already". Is a specific Azure set up required and/or specific configuration?

I've managed to replicate this issue once however have been unable to reliably replicate and find a workaround, I'll pass this to a develop and keep you up to date if we are able to get any further info!
