#2673 - Paid for another year up front.
My subscription was renewed automatically on 17/1/20. I decided that while I would be using the plug-in through this year, beyond that I would not so have cancelled any future payments. Imagine my disgust at finding I can no longer use the plug-in I have paid for. How do we progress this?

We are working hard to resolved the known issue that is currently causing issues for our clients. The current status of these issues is still in progress. We aim to review all our current V3 cases and identify as resolved in the upcoming V4 release.
