#2570 - SuiteCRM Outlook plugin not connecting / synchronising
I have version 3.0.20.0 installed. It has stopped synchronising to my Outlook (Office 365). It logs in fine when I press the test button off the Credentials tab, however pressing "Save" pops an error message:
"Unable to connect to SuiteCRM: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
I anticipate this is maybe because of the v4 plugin deployment? If so, where can I access the download for the new v4 (as I am paid up, I do not want to end up buying it again if I complete the free trial process.....)
Anything you can suggest would be very helpful!

Hi Pablo,
The issue that your experiencing is a known issue within the version you are using, however, wouldn't recommend an upgrade to the newest version as it seems to have problems of its own. We are working hard on the debugging of V3 and harder on the development of V4 which will aim at completely eradicating these kinds of issues (Due to a new and better-managed framework along with working with our in house dev team)
When the V4 Add-in becomes available for download in any forum, I will let you know!

Do you have any timeline on this? I am getting no value from the plug-in as it cannot archive my emails to SuiteCRM. It's been quite a few months now it's been broken. I have paid for my subscription renewal... When can I expect to again be getting my Outlook emails being auto archived to SuiteCRM as they used to be?

Hi Pablo,
At the current moment in time, there is no released timeline for this fix. We are still in active development for V4 and will make an announcement soon. In the mean time as you are having issues with your installation we are happy to provide a previous version that have no recorded issues in this area to allow you to perform the essential activities to synchronize with SuiteCRM. We can contact you directly with the previous version to 3.0.20.

I am still waiting for you to please advise when we can expect v4 release, or otherwise we would like to please step back to a functioning version. Currwentyly there is no autosync working for emails in Outlook, which is not good. We are paid up.
Please advise how you can help....
