#2567 - Outlook plugin crashes and was deactivated, cannot reactivate

Hello, since February 5th or so, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 on a Windows 10 desktop crashes regularly due to SuiteCRM Outlook plugin. On my PC and a colleagues PC. At the moment, I cannnot even activate it any longer in the Outlook addins section.
Unfortunately, since I cannot even get the addin started, I cannot tell you which version I have installed.

Is there maybe an updated software version that I should install? Thanks, Ole
(PS I had raised this support request a couple of days ago via email, so might be a duplicate on your side?). Thanks

    Hi Ole,

    Could you try uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling the plugin in the version which can be found under the purchases paged for our plugin. We are working hard on the debugging of V3 and harder on the development of V4 which will aim at completely eradicating these kinds of issues (Due to a new and better-managed framework along with working with our in house dev team)

    When the V4 Add-in becomes available for download in any forum, I will let you know!
