#2532 - Error After First Installing Plugin
I am trying to install the Outlook PlugIn however having issues. I am able to enter the license key & URL and the "Test" button shows a successful connection. However, when I try and archive my first email, I get the following error.
"An error was encountered while querying module 'Contacts'. The error ("The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.") has been logged"
SuiteCRM 7.10.22
Outlook plugin 3.0.22.0
.Net version 4.7.2
PHP 7.2
Please advise on what do to. Thanks.

Hi there, could you confirm what version of the plugin you are using?
This is a known issue however shouldn't impact the functionality of the plugin, by setting On-Screen Errors to never (found on the add-on's settings panel, under the tab Information) errors will continue to be logged however will now only be visible in the error logs. Let me know if you have any success

The error message is when I am in the "Archive to SuiteCRM" window, after pressing Search. No names appear in the box to select, so no emails are being recorded to SuiteCRM. From your message it seems like you were assuming it was working - just giving an error. That is not case. No email are being recorded in SuiteCRM.
I am using version .3.0.22.0
Please advise on what I should do. Thank you.

We did some error debugging on our side and it seems that the Plugin is generating the error "Generic SQL injection protection". Hopefully that helps to bring a resolution soon. Thanks.
