Sorry for the missing information, please find more details.
We have an email sent from an address A to a recipient B
The email is archived in SuiteCRM, but when we try to open the email, we see that there is a relationship created with an address C which has no relation whatsoever with addresses A or B
And this behaviour can be observed on most (all ?) the email archived since we installed the plugin.

From a database point of view, I can see that ion email_text table, from_address is correct, but it seams that the relationship between the email and the address overlard this informaton on dlssplay

I've never run into these issues before and I don't remember them being reported before or found during our testing. Could you please provide your logs set to Debug mode to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com to assist with debugging your issue.
