#2196 - Disappearing configuration

Hello, after configuring Outlook plugin it worked for about a day (sometime it takes more days) and then configuration disappeared.
Addin is present but configuration is empty. We had the same issue with v2 plugin before. Any idea?

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the late reply,

    Could you please check the file called user.config found in C:\User//AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\\

    Within this file, you should see values below the lines containing settings. See the example below:

    Could you also please provide us with your log files (Set to Debug) to outlook[at]suitecrm[dot]com with the subject as your issue number (#2196). This will assist us in debugging your issue.

    Hello, so far no information about reocurence of disappearing configuration since 3.0.22.0 update. There are other problems with plugin v3 but this one seems fixed.
