#2073 - Outlook Plugin SetUp - Change in the CRM URL message. Stuck in the Clear existing CRM ids

Good Day!
        I am installing again after some time the Suite CRM Outlook Plugin.
        I have moved my crm server and changed the domain from the time I have last installed the add in and of course I have uninstalled it for along time.
        After the installation and trying to enter the settings, I connect to the crm, i.e. the test button returns succes but after I paste the key and press save I get a message that the URL has changed and the existing CRM ids must be cleared. I press Yes and progress bar appears but does nothing.
     Any ideas how to overcome this issue?

    Hi there,

    We are aware of this issue and are investigating it.

    At the moment we usually recommend you leave it to run overnight (when you are not using it) to let it work through your Outlook objects but that could take a while.

    is there a way to sync outlook calendar data to push data into SuiteCRM to meeting data ?

      Hi Rao,

      Feel free to open a new case where I would be happy to assist you further, However, in the meantime, sync can be established within the synchronisation tab of the outlook plugins settings menu.

      Withinside this menu you are able to configure your sync options for Contacts, Calls, Meetings and Tasks.
      Choosing Both will allow sync between both CRM and Outlook
      None will prevent sync
      From Outlook to CRM will allow one-way sync from Outlook to the CRM
      From CRM to Outlook will allow one-way sync from CRM to Outlook
