I have version installed on Outlook 2016.

I'm getting these errors when i ask to Sync all available modules:

    This is a known issue appearing with some of our clients, could you confirm what version of outlook is installed?

    Hi there,

    The issues you are experiencing are known and we are working hard to resolve them, however, currently, the V3 add-in only supports outlook version 2010 to 2016. I will keep you in the loop about the V4 release as this provides support for 2019
