Twilio Client Name is the Twiml App Name that you set when you created Twiml App.
For inbound calls, number need not be in any records. Inbound calls work based on the CRM URL configured while creating Twiml App. Did you create Twiml App.

We analysed Google Tasks Api and found that Google Tasks can be created from CRM but time is not supported via Google Tasks API. Tasks getting created in Google Tasks will only stamp date and not time. If you still want to go ahead with this customisation. We can do this customisation
API versions we need to change under developer console app that you have developed for Shopify
This you can change it under Settings -> Apps and Sales Channels -> Develop Apps -> Select the App -> Configuration -> Edit -> Event versions in developer app
1) the setting "Sync from Gcal to module:" I can only pick one. What does this do? does this control where things go into CRM? If I pick tasks in this drop down, will it create a tasks in CRM? How?
-- Yes if Meeting is selected then Meetings from Google Calendar gets synced in CRM.
2) Sync from modules to Gcal: I assume that whatever I check here will go to google. Is that correct? But they only go to google calendar, correct? Is there any way to create a google task??
-- Yes it goes to Google Calendar. Do you want to create Google Tasks from CRM? It requires customisation.
