Did you add Messaging Service ID & Content Sid as per above screenshots?
Once you send message, Call will get created in Calls module. Please add two fields "TWILIO WHATSAPP STATUS" and "TWILIO WHATSAPP ERROR" in Calls via studio to see the error message like why message did not reach the destination
All the whatsapp message that you send should be recorded in Calls module. Are you checking in Calls module itself?
Are you using Whatsapp created template to send message? Have you filled Content Sid in Email template & Messaging service ID in Admin panel to send message?
