Regarding the meta fields, our plugin only syncs standard fields data from Shopify. If you’d like to sync any custom meta field data to your CRM, we can implement that for you through additional customization.
I’ve checked the image you shared. On the “Sync Shopify Data” page, there is a checkbox labeled “Check for sync from date” which allows you to sync data according to the selected date range.
Before clicking any sync button, please make sure to check this checkbox to sync data based on the date range.

I’ve tested the package with the SuiteCRM version 7.13.4 you mentioned and was able to install it successfully. Could you please share more details about what happens when you try to upload the package?

At this time, the add-on is not yet compatible with version 8.8. Our team is actively working on the necessary updates, and we will notify you as soon as the compatible version becomes available.
Currently, the package available in our store is officially supported by SuiteCRM version 8.6. However, we do have a version of the package that is compatible with SuiteCRM 8.8. If you'd like, we can share it with you directly at the same price.
