How it Works
While creating the new meeting from the Meeting module, the creator can add any additional participants for the meeting and send an invite.
Once the meeting is saved, all the invitees will get the meeting email with the Jisti Meet URL to join the meeting.
The Jitsi Meet video icon is also visible in the detail view, allowing users to copy the link for video conferencing.
The "video icon" from Jitsi Meet will now also be displayed in the list view section for easy access to video meetings.
Email for the invitation Users will also receive the meeting link in their email address for easy access to the scheduled video conference.
Once users receive the meeting link in their email and accept it to join the meeting, the CRM meeting detail view will display a list of all users who have accepted the invitation to join.
