Brainvire’s Multi Merge add-on for SuiteCRM helps users find and merge duplicate records based on email ID in the Leads, Accounts, and Contacts modules. This solution works to remove data redundancy from SuiteCRM and keep only distinct, useful data records. During the process, Multi Merge copies required field data from sub-records, so zero data loss happens during merging and record deletion.

How it Works
BV Multi Merge view in admin to find duplicate emails from modules (Account, Contacts, Leads).
Select parent record to merge other records with it.
Select multiple emails for merge or you can merge manually in CRM default merge view.
Note: If the parent record has a blank field it will auto populate from its sub-record field data.
After the merging process of records you can view records that merged and count of records that merged with it.
Users can check log of records that merged and deleted during the process and restore again.
Note: If record is not found in database, it will not restore and only record will restore not its relationships/subpanel records.
Manual Merge Records. To merge the records manually, users need to click on the merge button.
Update the manual Merge Records:
Update the merge records by selecting the arrows. Once updated, click on the "Save Merge" button to save the merge records.
Note: Manual Merge Process
Data Restoration: Deleted data cannot be restored during the manual merge process. Log Access for the merged records: Users will not be able to check the log of the merged records, additionally cannot restore the merged records back.
IMPORTANT: Please take backup of your data before merging records.
