Brainvire Infotech has implemented the Google Authentication feature for businesses using SuiteCRM to gain better security.
How it works
When you create a user, you need to set up two-factor authentication. Once you complete the set up for two-factor authentication, you can use the Google Authenticator to log in to your SuiteCRM applications.
When setting up a new user on the User Profile screen, select the two-factor authentication interface value to Google Authenticator. You can follow the example in the screenshot below.
Once you apply the two-factor authentication to your user profile settings, any SuiteCRM users that then try to log in will be directed to also validate via Google Authentication. The secret key to setup in Google Authenticator will be sent to an email.
Users will need to enter the code generated from the Google Authenticator app in their IOS or Android device.
