Please test it, if you find issues please do let us know.
Thank you!
Hi,
Hope you are doing well!
We just fixed the project resource and other small bugs in release 1.5. As we mentioned before relationship restoration feature will be included in coming releases, we have started working on it, but still, we can’t recover historical data due to relate field getting deleted.
If you are a technical person you know how Suite CRM structure works
For example --> One to Many
If we consider Contact is one side of relation and leads module is many sides of the relation
Contact id is using as a foreign key in the leads module.
As contact deleted, relate field id also get deleted means foreign key/relation removed for the particular record.
Suite CRM structure designed in such way we can’t recover One to Many relations for historical data.
When we go to recover the record from the DB, there is no id exist for the leads against contact.
Soon we will update you with the upcoming release.
We always welcome you!
Hi,
Are you able to access the Kanban configuration/ license from the admin panel?
If your system still halts/is stuck, can you provide your ssh credential so we quickly look into the issue, and we will provide you full plugin support and service free of cost?
Hi Massimo,
we updated our latest release on our product page, please visit and download the latest file. Also, we start working on restoring the relationship, soon we will update you.
Thanks!
Hi massimo1,
Hopes you doing well & thanks for reaching us!
We have fixed the relationship issue -> “error loading relationship project_resource” in the latest release.
There are two scenarios:
1) We can handle one scenario if you have installed our plugin then we can restore one to many relationships by following some mechanism.
Please do let us know if you want, we can implement this feature for you please wait for the next release.
2) If you delete some records before installing our plugin, we are not authorized to get back that has one to many relationships.
Due to some technical limitations, SuiteCRM is not allowed to return those records whose relationships are one to many.
We will upload the latest installable file tomorrow on our product page.
Hi Gairys,
Could you please let us know the OS on the server and the version of SuiteCRM you're using? It would be great if you have a development instance and if we could get access to it for investigating this issue for you. We'll send you an email just now so we could coordinate on this.
Yes it supports API calls by giving the user name and IP address in the CRM.
It Checks and makes sure the requesting "Portal/Access point" has the same IP address and a user name that is given in the system.
It just validates if the login call is coming from the registered ip and lets the user in without the need to the auth token.

Thank you for your feedback. We have sorted the issue out with new version and it should function just fine now. The latest version now has been published. Please get the new version and try it out.
Let us know if there is any thing else. We would be happy to get back to you asap.
