I enabled the Users i want to track, and i applied:
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data . sudo chmod -R 755 . sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload sudo chmod 664 config_override.php sudo find -L cache/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} + sudo find -L custom/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} + sudo find -L data/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} + sudo find -L modules/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} + sudo find -L themes/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} + sudo find -L upload/. -type f -exec chmod 664 {} +
but no avail.
PS: I'm able to see records in /index.php?action=ajaxui#ajaxUILoc=index.php%3Fmodule%3DBV_Activity_Tracker%26action%3Dindex%26return_module%3DBV_Activity_Tracker%26return_action%3DDetailView

Thank you. I would choose for our customer these features: 1) Ease of Installation and Use – Centralized installation and management via Microsoft 365. No installation is required for each user/device 2) Email Auto Archive 3) Calendar Sync 4) Create a new Contact/Lead/Case/Opportunity from the Outlook interface

Hi the customer wasn't able to send us the logs so he decided to reduce the number of prchased licences. Is it possible to choose wich one has to be enable here: Implicit FrontEnd licensing portal ? Is it reachable without clicking the link inside the application?

Hi, on the working Outlook instance (on the instance where Only Contacts related emails are archived as expected) we have the "Any Contact" option selected even in the To/CC dropdown of the Incoming Rule. So i tried to set it on the not correctly archiving Outlook instance (the 2nd User):

Hi, the customer is experiencing the same issue: all emails are imported into the CRM while we want only those related to a Contact or to an Account. The scenario is the following: we have 2 licences for 2 Outlook users each Outlook User has configured the same 2 email accounts. What could we check?

Ok, i've got: 1 Outlook User with tethered mode not selectable => Sync Contacts = "Marked to be synced" 1 Outlook User with tethered mode on => Sync Contacts = "All"
if i do a Mass Update: Sync to Outlook = "Yes" on all of the Contacts of the SuiteCRM instance, will both Outlook Users have the Contacts synced?

Ok, thanks for your answer, let me say that again to check if i understood. I want to sync all contacts from SuiteCRM to Outlook i need on every User:
- to reset the configuration | Options > Advanced > Reset configuration
- to do Mass Update | where?

Dear @imlinaric, we haven't tried the 7.12 version yet but thank you for highlighting this. On https://demo.suiteondemand.com/ that is currently based on version #7.11.22 there's a field named orientation that does what you are looking for:
Since the 7.12 is a preparatory version to jump up to the 8, we'll surely check each of ours plugin to be compatible with. Stay tuned!

Dear assistenza, we can for sure develop such a module. CRM Defender is based on blocking the IP address no matter what the typed Username was put in, but if you want we can change the logic as per your request
