#5963 - Help linking follow-up tasks to the correct Account
Hello Lion Solution Team,
we are trialing TalkerCRM at ZECA and we are very satisfied so far. We need help with follow-up task creation. When we say something like: “Create a follow-up task for Rossi S.p.A. next Monday to send the updated quotation.” TalkerCRM creates the task, but sometimes it is not linked to the expected Account or Contact. Could you please help us understand how to configure this correctly?

Hello ZECA Team, thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the TalkerCRM trial is going well. In this case, the correct behavior is handled by Leo’s multi-record disambiguation feature. When TalkerCRM finds more than one possible Account, Contact, or Lead with a similar name, it should stop before creating or linking the task and ask you to select the correct record by number.
For example, if there are multiple “Rossi” records, Leo will show a list with details such as role, email, phone, account, owner, or last modified date, and you can reply with: 1 or 2 to confirm the correct record.
To improve accuracy, we also recommend using more specific voice commands, for example: “Create a follow-up task for the Contact Mario Rossi at Rossi S.p.A. next Monday to send the updated quotation.” We can help you verify that multi-record disambiguation is enabled correctly in your trial environment.
