Dear Implicit, a customer of ours is using Outlook 365 installed on their own devices with a “microsoft 365 app for business” license and their User email addresses are setting up on MS Exchange.

    You can choose either client-side integration or server-side SuiteCRM 365 connector. It depends on how much involvement you want your users to have. The client-side integration is designed for power users and gives them full control and feature rich planform to interact with SuiteCRM. On the other side of the spectrum, we offer the 365 connector which runs in the background without any users involvement and syncs contacts & calendars and archives emails.

      Thank you. I would choose for our customer these features: 1) Ease of Installation and Use – Centralized installation and management via Microsoft 365. No installation is required for each user/device 2) Email Auto Archive 3) Calendar Sync 4) Create a new Contact/Lead/Case/Opportunity from the Outlook interface
