How easy is it to install?

Installation is easy, just run the .exe file on your PC or server and then enter the URL of your SuiteCRM Application or just follow the simple steps on the user guide or video for help.

Access Denied Error in Logs

The Access Denied for a particular module usually indicates that your user does not have the correct Roles applied to that module.

2017-06-14 00:00:00,056 | AS | WARN | Cannot detect access Meetings/export

Ensure that on your SuiteCRM that your user has Access to the following modules:

  • Emails/Contacts/Meetings/Notes = Access enabled
  • Contacts/Meetings/Notes = Import & Export does not equal None

If you are still receiving the above error after applying the roles and re-opening your Outlook client then please raise a support ticket with us.

    That seems to work well on first impressions.
    I had used the Opacus version previously & also tried the official SuiteCRM (free) product. (Both of which became obsolete/ too troublesome with the release of Outlook 2013).
    The Opacus product had the advantage of being able to archive to a Custom module, which is sadly missing from this version.
    I sincerely hope that you sell enough of these to further develop that aspect for the custom modules.
