#1404 - Synchronization Error

To whom it may concern,

Could you please assist with the initial sync from Office 365 portal to SuiteCRM? These are being received for every contact.

Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with an empty response.

    Hi Scott,

    One of possible reasons is that the CRM user does not have Export permissions on Contacts module.

    Btw, what is your version of SuiteCRM?

    I also have this issue in SuireCRM version 7.11.3. Did you get to resolve this problem?

    Hi Ismael,

    As I see from your another ticket - contacts are synchronized already. Let us know if you still have 'text/html; charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml' issue.
